Adding a Root CA to Sony Ericsson propriety OS is a little bit different from whatever other stuff I've seen. First, enable Bluetooth on the computer and on your phone. I tested some ActiveSync policies on Windows Mobile and was wondering how it would look on the user's mobile phone - this is how it looks. What if you disallow the camera? This behaved a little bit different if it was on a Sony Ericsson X2 (Windows Mobile 6.5) and Sony Ericsson X1 (Windows Mobile 6.1). Encrypting the Windows Mobile device could be a good idea. But where to you enable it? In Settings -> System -> Encryption you can only choose to encrypt the extra Memory Card. Turns out, there doesn't seem to be a way to manually enable it but using the ActiveSync policy in Exchange 2007+ or using System Center Mobile Device Manager.
